Monthly Access Fee

Access to Spark Clinic is £19.99 per user, per month. This includes:

• Unlimited access to the platform
• Onboarding of your team no matter its size
• Security and compliance support
• Ongoing updates and improvements

Credit System

Each clinic receives 100 free credits every month. These free credits are our way of supporting new and smaller businesses — helping you grow without barriers. For the established clinics, it's our way of saying thank you. We believe in enabling access to essential services without upfront volume costs. After the free credits, additional usage is charged at £1 per credit. Unused free credits reset at the start of each new month.

This credit-based model means you only pay for what you use — offering flexibility, especially for smaller clinics or those with fluctuating demand.
