Moving your clinic to Spark Clinic is straightforward and secure. We understand that switching systems can feel daunting, so we’ve made the process as simple, transparent, and safe as possible.

Step 1: Request Your Data

You will need to contact your current system provider to request an export of your clinic’s data. This can usually be done via:

• Phone call to their support team
• Email request
• Online support portal (if provided)

Please note: some providers may charge a fee for data export. We never charge you for importing data into Spark Clinic.

Step 2: Upload Securely

Once you receive your data export file(s), upload them securely via our encrypted upload portal. All files are:

• Encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
• Scanned for viruses or malware
• Stored securely and deleted after processing

You will receive an email confirming your successful upload.

Step 3: We Process Your Data

Our team will securely process your uploaded data to prepare your Spark Clinic environment. Once everything is imported and validated, you’ll be ready to go live.
